New York cocoa futures are trading near the session lows.

Market chatter about West African weather ahead and Ivory Coast cocoa supplies is making the rounds. Ivory coast port arrivals were estimated to be around 83,000 tonnes during December 19th to 25th versus 54,000 tonnes a year ago. Total Ivory Coast cocoa bean port arrivals are near 783,000 tonnes for the October 1st to December 25th period, up over 8 percent from a year at this time.
