March New York Cocoa is trading at 2166, down 18 $/MT.
May New York Cocoa is trading at 2152, down 16 $/MT.
Cocoa futures are trading near the session lows after Monday's choppy and weak trading session.
Market chatter about Ivory coast headline news is making the rounds.
Ivory Coast port arrivals for cocoa totaled 51,000 tonnes during the January 2nd to 8th time frame. Total arrivals since October 1st are near 827,500 tonnes versus 938,000 tonnes a year ago.
